Chinese menus offer a wide variety of food. China food is famous all over the world. Food has a very special meaning to the Chinese people. With many years of history and development, there is a remarkable diversity of cuisines and food in China, which will take ages if you want to taste them all. China has a wide variety of foods and beverages. You can be surprised by its wide range and variety of ingredients if you’ve only eaten in Chinese restaurants when you are in china. Chinese food has many delicious and mersmerizing dishes. And with different areas different people  have different cuisine types, which can be blan sweet, salty, spicy and sour. But if we try to find out similarities between indian and Chinese menu we find that they are poles apart. Difference between Indian and Chinese menu is n Western menus, dishes are divided into sections such as “lunch” and “dinner”. Unlike Western menus, Chinese menus have separate sections such as “noodle dishes”, “meat dishes”, “rice dishes”, “vegetable dishes”, “beverages”, etc. Another difference between Chinese and Western sit-down restaurants is the time when the dishes arrive. In the western world, the whole meal is typically prepared and served at once. In China, however, your orders arrive at varying times. The cooks decide in which order to prepare the dishes you ordered.  The dishes arrive when they are ready, which often means the guests will finish eating one dish before the next one is served. one that suits your taste the best.

However, here are some dishes that never go wrong.

·       Sweet and sour pork (锅包肉);

·       Spicy fried chicken (辣子) ;

·       Steamed seabass (清蒸鲈鱼);

·       Peking duck (北京烤);

·       Fish fillet in hot chilli oil (水煮);

·       Mapo tofu (麻婆豆腐) not sure this is the right translation;

·       Chinese black mushroom with baby bok choy (香菇油菜);

·       Broccoli in garlic sauce (蒜蓉西兰花).
